Sensei Node Staking Guide

The Ethereum blockchain is migrating from a Proof of Work consensus to a new mechanism under the Proof of Stake rules. This means after that hardware mining is going to be replaced by Validator Nodes on the task of storing and transmitting data and adding new blocks into the chain. Sensei Node makes it easy for you to set up your own Validator Node and secure the Ethereum network while receiving staking rewards.

Firsts steps

First, login to the SenseiNode Dashboard through this link: https://dashboard.senseinode.com/

The Dashboard

Once you've logged in, you'll be taken straight into the 3-step process of ordering a Validator Node with Sensei Node.

To become an Ethereum validator and be able to earn staking rewards, you need to deposit at least 32 ETH as indicated in the following steps. In this window you can find links of interest with more information about staking in Ethereum 2.0
Accept the terms and conditions and continue to the next screen.
If you have less than 32 ETH don't worry, you can still participate through a staking pool here.

Deposit ETH

With the Ethereum 2.0 Validator Node custodial service, we take care of all the technical stuff and you just need to deposit ETH tokens to the provided address in multiples of 32.

Copy the deposit address provided, where you will need to send the ETH tokens from the Ethereum Mainnet. A minimum of 32 ETH up to a maximum of 96 ETH. And don't save this address for later transactions because it is a unique transaction address. The deposit address is generated for each unique deposit for security purposes.

Deposit Hash

Once you have sent the ETH tokens to the provided deposit address, copy the transaction ID or transaction hash from your deposit.

You can find your transaction hash in an Ethereum blockchain explorer like etherscan.io - It looks like this:

Paste the transaction hash into the box and press submit.
Then you will see a message like this:

Once the transaction is verified from the backend, you will be notified by email with your Ethereum 2.0 Validator Node details.
After everything is confirmed, you will see all the details of your stake directly in the Sensei Node dashboard.

ETH Non Custodial Staking

Coming soon our in-house developed non-custodial solution for stakers and micro-stakers. If you want to become a Validator and stake your ETH tokens directly to a smart contract that manages the secure launch of staking nodes on the Ethereum 2.0 Beacon Chain while keeping the custody of your funds, you can do it through this type of service.
